‘She Chose’ is about choice. What may appear to be the ‘sweeter’ choice in the moment may lead to a path of pain and self-destruction. Similarly, the seemingly more ‘sour’ choices may lead to a life of self discovery and enlightenment. This is depicted by the orange and the lemon. On the side of the orange is the gun and the grenade and on the side of the lemon, the moon and the stars. We are free to choose, as she has, but we are not free from the consequences of the choices we make.
